Participants will gain broad exposure across our award-winning F&B operations through structured rotations, supported by:
Leadership and management training
One-to-one mentoring
Regular development reviews and coaching

Who Should Apply
Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience, ideally within F&B (supervisory experience is an advantage)
Strong interest in leadership and progression within Food & Beverage
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
