Site Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our healthcare projects in Limerick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the site and ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the work flow of sub-contractors to ensure they meet the programme of works on site
* Implement Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
* Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
* Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role with main contractors
* EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
* Trade background or construction-related qualification
* Experience on various types of fit-out projects
