Headquartered in Barcelona, it is active in 6 countries.We are looking for:A Training Coordinator to join our team in Dublin and lead training and knowledge management within the Next Generation Ticketing project in Ireland.Training CoordinatorThe Training & Knowledge Coordinator reports directly to the Training Manager and is responsible for ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the National Transport Authority (NTA) and Transport Operators, as well as ensuring the successful execution of the training plan.The role designs, manages, and delivers training programmes and maintains the knowledge management system, ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and accessible. It also establishes and drives cross-functional support and coordination mechanisms between NTA, Transport Operators, and Indra stakeholders.This position plays a key role in supporting high-quality implementation and continuous improvement across project processes, aligned with organisational standards and strategic objectives.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and maintain the knowledge management platform, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and accessible functional documentation.Design, plan, and deliver training programmes for NTA and operators, including needs analysis, content development, and execution.Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance insights, and drive continuous improvement of content, methodology, and delivery.Support the definition and validation of functional models and requirements across key project areas (tariff, commercial, logistics, digital, finance, customer service, reporting).Provide functional support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment between system behaviour, documentation, and training outputs.Coordinate cross-team collaboration between NTA, operators, and Indra, including meeting organisation, stakeholder alignment, and communication materials.Produce status reports and respond to functional inquiries, ensuring proficient operational support and continuous enhancement of service quality.What we need you to bring:5 years' experience in training, knowledge management, functional analysis, or project coordination.Technical university degree: Due to the technological complexity of the project to be implemented, a technical university degree is not mandatory but will be positively valuedProven ability to communicate complex information clearly through documentation, presentations, and training materials.Experience operating in large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated capability to translate functional requirements into training content and learning materials.Skilled in delivering training to diverse audiences across roles and operational functions.Familiarity with digital platforms, documentation tools, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes is desirable.Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-focused approach.Interested?If your profile matches what we are looking for,don't hesitate to apply
