Inventory Management Specialist Job Description
The Inventory Management Specialist is a key member of the inventory team, responsible for efficient and accurate stock management. This role involves maintaining organized inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and contributing to the smooth operation of the inventory department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Goods Inwards: Accurately receive and process incoming stock, ensuring correct recording and storage.
* Order Picking: Efficiently pick and prepare stock for outgoing orders, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stocktaking to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Stores Organization: Help with layout and organization of the inventory area to maximize space and improve efficiency.
* General Duties: Assist with other duties within the inventory department as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Inventory Experience: Previous experience in an inventory or warehouse environment is advantageous.
* Computer Confidence: Proven experience and confidence using computer systems for data entry and inventory management.
* Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Personal Attributes: Must be bright, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
