Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced full-time Websales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and dispatching of products to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking items from the warehouse inventory according to the daily dispatch list and carefully packing orders to ensure they arrive with the customer safely and professionally.
* Dispatch Preparation: Organizing packed orders for carrier collection, ensuring all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
* Customer Support: Supporting the customer service team with any customer queries. Experience in answering phone calls and emails an advantage but not essential.
* Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets through excellent customer service.
Experience:
* 1+ year of retail/websales experience, preferably in a general retail or customer-focused setting.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays
