Cpl HR recruitment are looking for a HR Administrator for a 9 month FTC role. Based in Dublin city centre, the ideal candidate would have1 year HR Experience
Role and responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for HR administration, including resourcing, onboarding, probation, offboarding, retirement, HR KPIs, and processing status changes within the organisation.
2. Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding.
3. Support the drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Provide HR advice to internal stakeholders, including managers and team leads to address HR-related inquiries, offer guidance, and facilitate effective communication and ensure prompt and fair application.
5. Provide HR Specialist support for HR wide initiatives including any projects.
6. Co-ordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions.
7. Support line managers in matters such as performance management, absence management problem solving, engagement etc.
8. Maintain excellent relationships with managers and colleagues.
9. Maintain HR software system.
10. Maintain annual leave, and other leave schedules throughout the organisation.
Experience and skills required:
11. Degree in HR is essential
12. Experience in a HR role is required
13. This person needs to be understanding and a high level of care and discretion
