The position is part of the Cyber Security sales team and focuses on accelerating new revenue growth in Northern Europe. Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one of Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Flemish/Dutch or French.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Channel Development Executive you lead outbound sales activities, build a robust pipeline, and drive new business wins across cybersecurity partners.Drive high‑energy outbound calling to uncover new partner relationships and revitalize dormant accounts.Lead confident outreach campaigns targeting high‑value, net‑new revenue opportunities.Run a consistent, strategic follow‑up cadence that keeps deals hot and moves through the pipeline.Outperform competitors, win business from rival distributors and vendors.Build and manage a robust 3–4x pipeline to fuel over‑achievement.Accelerate new logo acquisition and deepen penetration across top cybersecurity vendors.Maximise profitability by leveraging rebates, deal registrations and vendor incentives.Build trusted relationships with owner‑led VARs, MSPs, and become their go‑to advisor for growth.Cross‑sell and upsell high‑impact cybersecurity solutions that expand partner revenue.Position the company as a strategic, long‑term growth partner in every conversation.Maintain strong, predictable pipeline coverage with disciplined qualification and forecasting.Use CRM tools to track partner engagement, monitor opportunity progression and keep pipeline hygiene.Consistently hit and exceed revenue, margin and growth KPIs through high activity and strong sales execution.Your activity, execution, and results will be the key drivers of your success and your earning potential.Qualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Fluent in English and at least one of Finnish, Norwegian, Flemish/Dutch, French, Swedish, or Danish.Has a degree in a relevant field.Some previous B2B or B2C sales experience.Demonstrates a competitive, motivated sales mentality.Strong financial acumen and commercial understanding.Confidence on the phone and ability to lead high‑impact cold conversations.Prior experience in cybersecurity, IT distribution or channel sales (beneficial).Experience managing pricing pressure while protecting margin and commercial integrity (beneficial).Experience working with VARs, MSPs, and MSSPs within the partner ecosystem (beneficial).Equal Opportunity EmployerExclusive Networks is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
