'As the lead estimator on our high-impact projects, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and detailed cost estimates from technical drawings and specifications. Your expertise in interpreting complex electrical requirements will ensure seamless project delivery.' -----------------------------------
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
1. Led full estimation process for electrical and renewable energy projects.
2. Possess extensive knowledge of building services and construction economics with ability to apply that knowledge effectively at senior level within industry sector.
3. Contact suppliers directly to request quotations or pricing information in relation to these tenders.. Ensure that supplier response is thoroughly reviewed, assessed and evaluated against agreed criteria before progressing further tender process..
The aim here should ideally always be minimize risk exposure during bidding/procurement phase whilst ensuring accuracy deliverables meet exacting standards set both by internal stakeholders as well external clients amongst others whom may view performance throughout lifespan contract whether negotiated agreements renewals extensions etcetera – let alone maintaining commercial viability despite ongoing pressures brought about unforeseen circumstance outside one control such meteorological changes economical trends geopolitical shifts supply chain disruptions natural disasters among numerous other factors impacting business operations today significantly more so than ever historical context allows reflection upon prior years!
. And manage end-to-end tender coordination across departments ensuring timely delivery on budget.
