Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems. The role also involves supporting executives with executive administrative tasks and general clerical duties.

* Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or secretary are a plus
