At our Quality Department in Athlone, we focus on providing compliance solutions and documentation throughout the product lifecycle, aimed at continuously improving manufacturing processes, systems, quality, and regulatory compliance to the highest standards.

A Day in The Life Of:

* Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures ensuring compliance with policies and that services conform to established standards and guidelines.
* Leads change control processes.
* Manages and ensures compliance with change control.
* Provides expertise in interpreting policies, regulations, and internal standards to ensure compliance.
* Works with operating entities to analyze processes, enforce requirements, and meet regulations.
* Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolves findings, and liaises with auditors and inspectors.
* Prepares reports and documentation such as Corrective and Preventative Actions for stakeholders.
* Maintains and updates quality assurance programs and policies.
* Participates in Quality Systems initiatives like Kaizens, A3, and Operations Quality Walks.
* Suggests procedural changes and updates standard operating procedures as needed.
* Performs additional QA duties as directed.


Key Skills & Experience

* Minimum Level 8 Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Quality with at least 2 years relevant experience.
* Excellent product knowledge.
* Knowledge of Quality and Regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong compliance writing skills with attention to detail.
* Proven problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively independently or in cross-functional teams.
* Good communication skills.
* Knowledge of Quality systems like Agile, PQM, and GCH is advantageous.
