What Youll Do Lead enterprise architecture for CRM and core platform integrations, ensuring systems function cohesively across the landscape.
Assess and define how systems should integrate, interact, and scale, ensuring solutions are delivered in the most effective and secure way.
Partner closely with C-Suite executives to align architecture decisions with organizational strategy.
Drive architectural governance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements in a financial environment.
Influence major initiatives by providing clear architectural direction for complex, multi-system programs.
Translate technical complexity into actionable insights for stakeholders across business and technology.
Oversee solution architecture to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability.
Maintain architectural documentation, roadmaps, and reference models.
What Were Looking For Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or senior architecture leader on large, complex technology programs.
Strong background in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and enterprise integrations (API-led, event-driven, ESB/iPaaS).
Proven ability to manage and simplify technical complexity across large-scale environments.
Experience working in a financial or regulated industrycomfortable with compliance, risk, and governance standards.
A confident communicator with experience engaging with and influencing C-Suite leaders.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data flows, security controls, and enterprise patterns.
Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, security, and business functions.
