Telesales Executives
.
The Subscriptions Telesales Executive will look to drive B2B and B2C subscription sales.
The Events Delegate Telesales Executive will drive delegate sales for our events portfolio.

Key Responsibilities- Telesales Executive: Subscriptions
* Actively engage with potential and lapsed subscribers via outbound calls to drive digital subscriptions.
* Effectively articulate the value proposition of Business Post subscriptions, showcasing premium content and subscriber benefits.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring clear and measurable pipelines.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing subscribers.
* Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Corporate Sales Manager.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve sales techniques.
* Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to all communications.
Key Responsibilities- Telesales Executive: Delegate Sales
* Conduct outreach to promote attendance at Business Post-hosted events, targeting key business sectors and decision-makers.
* Work closely with the events and marketing teams to understand event agendas, target audiences, and selling points.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide regular performance reports and updates to the Director of Revenue- Experiences.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve sales techniques.
* Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to all communications.
Key Requirements
· months experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales environment is desirable.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective subscribers.
· Target-driven and results-focused with strong time-management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Hubspot.
· Proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
· A keen interest in business media, journalism, and events is advantageous.
