We are seeking an experienced leader to join our management team and provide strategic direction in delivering exceptional care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the senior management team to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in service delivery.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements:
* Professional qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy).
* Two years' experience in a senior leadership role in social care, supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
