Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service across the location.Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfactionAssist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoringHandle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretionEnsure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentSupport the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offeringsOversee events and private functions as required
QualificationsPrevious experience in a supervisory role within hospitalityExceptional interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectivelyStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesFlexible availability, including weekends, and holidays as needed
