Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Casino Assistant Manager located in Cork, Galway or Waterford. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling financial transactions, developing business strategies, promoting the casino, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests. The role also involves monitoring gaming activities, addressing customer queries, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
