* As a Contract Manager, you will oversee contract management activities for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, managing risks, and maximizing project success. You will work directly with clients to create innovative insights and solutions, collaborate with project teams to develop contract management plans, and lead the contract formation process.

* You will monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will manage contract changes, variations, and claims, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and cost, and obtaining necessary approvals.

* You will track contract performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to project teams and management. Furthermore, you will facilitate resolution of contract disputes and claims through negotiation, mediation, or other dispute resolution mechanisms, ensuring timely and fair outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* You must have a 3rd-level educational qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field. Suitable experience in construction contract management and/or administration is also required.

* Ideal candidates will have experience in consulting or similar client-facing roles, as well as multidisciplinary experience including project management, contract management, and procurement. They should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
