Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Counter Sales Associate based in Drogheda. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers at the trade counter, providing product recommendations, and processing orders professionally and efficiently. Tasks will also include handling inquiries, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the trade counter is clean and organized. You will work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and support the overall operation of the store.
Qualifications
* Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to assist and engage with customers effectively
* Knowledge or experience in electrical products, wholesaling, or a related industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle orders and maintain stock levels
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers
* Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and handling transactions accurately
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs efficiently
* Familiarity with inventory management processes and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a trade counter, retail, or sales role is advantageous
