Job Title: Facilities & Compliance Officer
The ideal candidate will oversee premises and contract management, while supervising support staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Premises Management
* Oversee the maintenance of Edel House building systems, including heating, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, and alarms
* Manage service contracts for cleaning, gardening, maintenance, and security services, ensuring up-to-date insurance and compliance
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and contractor work
Team Leadership
* Supervise and coordinate relevant Edel House support staff, ensuring work is completed to high standards
* Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members
Administrative Support
* Maintain administrative systems, logs, and documentation
* Assist in developing policies and procedures around health & safety and operational best practices
