We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in Dublin West to join a small team in the Eyewear industry. In this role you will be responsible for looking after a variety of tasks and administrative support.
This will ideally suit someone with a background in Office Management and Coordination and strong attention to detail who is looking to be part of a small team.
Location: Dublin West
Key responsibilities:
* Working closely with vendors and CFO with queries related to billing, service maintenance and new vendor set up
* Coordinating closely with the sales agents across Europe to prepare statements and invoices
* Creating detailed reports and maintaining data on Excel
* Supporting the CFO with annual reconciliations
* Managing data entry process for orders, product inspection, packaging and shipping process
* Receiving goods in to the office
* Maintaining up to date records in inventory management system to ensure product availability
* Ordering in office supplies as requirement
* Processing product returns and investigating warranty claims
* Managing the workflow management process
* Monitoring and reviewing monthly invoices, coordinating payments with CFO
* Processing customer orders, handling the receipt and invoice processes for sales agents
* Confirming product availability as required
* Adhoc office tasks
Key Requirements:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Experience using Workflow tools like would be advantageous
* Proficiency working with Apple products
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience in the Eyewear industry would be advantageous
