Job Opportunity: Lead New Product Development Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Programme Manager to drive the development of innovative diagnostic solutions from concept through to launch.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end programme plans for complex New Product Development (NPD) projects, aligned with strategic priorities.
You will lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new products to market efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, as well as overseeing the full product development lifecycle - from ideation to commercial launch.
Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:
* A degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
* 5-7+ years of experience in programme or project management, ideally in life sciences, medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceuticals.
* Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programmes.
* Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
* Expertise in budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
* Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
