ResponsibilitiesEnsure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.Implement person-centered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge, ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.RequirementsNursing degree at the third level.Logged in with an active PIN to An Bord Altranais.Relevant certification in areas such as medication management, safeguarding, CPR, manual handling, infection control, etc. (or willingness to train).
