Compliance Manager in Social Care
This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves collaborating with the Compliance, Safeguarding and Risk Manager to design and implement audits.
The primary focus of this position is to ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance in residential services.
* Conduct thorough audits, develop comprehensive action plans, and closely monitor progress towards achieving optimal levels of compliance.
* Lead quality improvement projects from inception to completion, meticulously tracking progress and presenting detailed reports on development initiatives.
* Analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in auditing, quality management, and service delivery in social care settings.
* Competencies in working effectively with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* A deep understanding of current policy and developments in social care within disability services.
* Strong research, analysis, and IT skills.
This full-time position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role offers flexibility to work from home and other company locations.
