Job Summary
This is a senior project manager role that involves overseeing the management of multi-million euro projects in Ireland or UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects
* Ensuring timely completion, quality control, and budget adherence across all phases
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and architects
* Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
* Prior experience in healthcare / hospital / PCC settings, preferably with a Tier 1 Contractor
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Able to work in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

About the Role
This is a combined 3/4 year program, involving three distinct phases:
* Phase 1: €15M hospital fit out, including theatres, treatment rooms, recovery rooms, sterile rooms, conference rooms, staff rooms, administration rooms, etc.
* Phase 2: €20M infrastructure & associated civils for new build
* Phase 3: €60M new build
