We will be working with a number of retail clients across Ireland in the New Year on upcoming Retail Supervisor positions across a variety of sectors.
These opportunities will suit candidates with experience supervising teams on the shop floor, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring high standards across customer service and product presentation. This includes both people supervision and product-focused supervision.
Typical responsibilities may include:
* Supporting and supervising retail teams during day-to-day trading
* Acting as a point of contact for staff on shift
* Maintaining high standards of customer service
* Supporting sales targets and store KPIs
* Overseeing product presentation, merchandising, and stock standards
* Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members
* Supporting store operations such as opening and closing procedures
We are interested in candidates who:
* Have previous experience in a retail supervisor or team leader role
* Are confident supporting both people and product on the shop floor
* Enjoy being hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment
* Are open to new opportunities in the New Year
