Glenn Anthony Restaurants Limited are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our Drogheda restaurant.

This is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Salary Euro 34,000 per annum.
Candidates must have 2 years of chef de partie level experience.
And experience in a professional kitchen.
Duties will include:
To be responsible for all food preparation within the kitchen.
To operate and when necessary, manage a busy and efficient kitchen by showing leadership and responsibility
To ensure that the established recipes, policies and standard operating procedures are followed while preparing the meals.
To ensure safety standards are met within the kitchen.
To help with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
To be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in training new chefs.
Washing and cleaning up all the equipment.
To contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere and encourage colleagues.
Keeping the kitchen area tidy at all times.
Preparing spices to match our dishes.
General chef de partie duties.
