They are seeking a dynamic and driven Solar PV Sales Executive to be a key player in their growth journey. Responsibilities: Lead Management: Work closely with the exceptional marketing team to manage and convert leads generated through various channels, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales. Your appointments with customers will be set for you each day so you can focus on your job - selling! Territory Coverage: Take ownership of your territory, maximizing opportunities and strategically expanding our customer base. The territory covers the Wicklow/Wexford area with occasional appointments outside this area. Lead Development: While most leads will be provided, proactively develop additional leads through networking, referrals, and other channels to contribute to the overall sales pipeline. Customer Consultation: Conduct on-site consultations with potential customers, leveraging your understanding of solar technology to tailor solutions that meet their specific energy needs. Proposal Creation: Collaborating with the engineering, installation and electrical teams to ensure accurate and compelling presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our solar PV solutions. Sales Targets and Commission: Meet and exceed sales targets to unlock competitive commission structures and multipliers, reflecting the financial success of your sales efforts. Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with you territory, understanding the local market dynamics and potential customer demographics. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Collaboration Skills: Collaborate effectively with our installation teams, electricians, and sub-contractors to ensure a streamlined customer experience. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing the potential to grow within the company. Experience: Proven track record in a field based sales role. You are target driven, determined and hungry. Solar experience not required. Compensation: Basic salary + commission 70-80k OTE (uncappped), company vehicle, pension You will receive comprehensive sales training as well as support from your colleagues and back office sales support.
