Job Title: Home Delivery Professional
We are seeking an experienced delivery professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently
* Review orders prior to dispatch for accuracy and completeness
* Unload goods according to client specifications, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery
* Assist in the assembly and installation of furniture within customers' homes and in-store floor models
* Remove furniture as required and pre-arranged, maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Maintain open communication channels with Logistics and Customer Service teams throughout the day
* Adhere to personal grooming standards by following our dress code policy - uniform must be worn at all times
* Conduct daily vehicle inspections before commencing deliveries
Requirements:
* Must possess extensive experience driving commercial vehicles, hold a full clean "C" driving licence, all necessary CPC certifications and a valid driver's tacho card
* Excellent knowledge of local road networks and familiarity with the surrounding area is essential
* Good physical fitness is required, as this role involves heavy lifting on a regular basis
* Previous home delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided
