The ideal candidate will;Be outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills.-Professional and well presented.Fluent in English with excellent written skills.Be able to multitask and work efficiently and independently.Be extremely well organised, reliable, and have a good work ethic and attitude.Have excellent computer skills.Experience working with Phorest appointment system is an advantage.Be enthusiastic and willing to learn our industry and relay appropriate information to Clients.Have some knowledge of the beauty /aesthetics and wellness industry. Having experience working in a similar work environment is an advantage.Have an ability to empathise with clients.Be confidential and discreet.Flexible, reliable and punctual.A positive, happy can do personality.Primary Responsibilities.The following are the core responsibilities of the Reception Managers Role.Communicate clearly with other staff and clients.Manage all administration queries as necessary.Assist with training and personal developement of the reception team.Be responsible for handling any complaints in line with company policy.Ensuring all bookings are accurate, and correct.Ensure the phone is answered promptly.Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service accross the reception team and other staff at the clinic.Line manage the reception team.Overseeing the email account.Oversee and manage Nuala Woulfe's client appointments and diary.Ensure there is regular communication with the client post initial booking to ensure they receive appointment confirmation, location of appointment, contraindications to the treatment. Post care. Details of prices. Complimentary treatments and products etc.Staff of the business must adhere to the information contained in the staff handbook to include salon policys and procedures at all time. Staff must be given detailed information during the induction process regarding policys and procedures.Oversee all client enquiries and ensure they are dealth with promptly in a clear, professional and effective manner.Oversee GDPR and client and employee confidently at receptionand across the reception team.Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately.Ensure that the front desk,and reception area is a welcoming area for clients.Ensuring that all areas of the clinic are clean, tidy and well presented.Oversee to ensure that all staff receive fire safety training, and health and safety training. And ensure regular checks are in place to see staff are compliant, up to date and confident in these areas.The security of the clinic is the responsibility of all personnel. Staff must ensure they remain vigilant at all times. Under no circumstances are staff to share alarm codes ans codes for door or gate locks with others.Responsible for good time management and that of members of your team.Well presented in professional clothes and makeup.Manage the Doctors Clinic in an effeciant professional manner.Salary.Attractive total reward package, including an above-market base salary and quarterly incentive scheme aligned to performance.
