Digital Marketing Executive
(Full-time, East Village, Douglas — major brand growth & expansion)
Edit Row is a fast-growing elevated clothing brand. Every year we expand, reaching new audiences and building our presence as one of Ireland's most exciting fashion labels.
We're now looking for an ambitious, creative, and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of our digital strategy and execution — driving the next phase of Edit Row's growth.
This is a role with real impact. You'll be shaping how our brand shows up online, how customers engage with us, and ultimately how our digital activity translates into sales, loyalty, and reputation.
What the role involves
You'll be hands-on with all things digital, including:
* Managing and growing Edit Row's social channels day-to-day (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
* Creating and presenting content on stories, being comfortable appearing on camera as part of the brand voice.
* Producing engaging content that inspires and converts — from Reels and stories to newsletters and campaigns.
* Using AI tools to generate ideas, create faster, and analyse performance.
* Overseeing product listings, merchandising, promotions, and customer journeys.
* Planning and running paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
* Supporting pop-up activations and retail assistance.
* Tracking performance and producing monthly reports using Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and social platforms.

* Impactful campaigns: Seasonal drops, collaborations, and launches that cut through the noise and create real buzz — driving sell-outs and brand hype.
* Fashion credibility: Consistent, creative, and elevated digital storytelling that positions Edit Row as a leader in Irish fashion.
About you
This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail) who is ready to step up and take ownership.
Skills & qualities we're looking for:
* Hands-on experience with Shopify (uploads, merchandising, promotions, reporting).
* Confident managing social media and email marketing (Klaviyo).
* Strong command of written and spoken English with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Experience using Canva, CapCut, and other essential content creation tools.
* A creative eye for content creation and brand storytelling.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to a retail calendar.
* Curious about AI tools and excited to use them daily.
