Job Description:
The role involves managing various corporate finance initiatives, including sale and purchase mandates, MBO/MBI assignments, valuation reports, debt/equity raisings, financial models, business plans and presentations. This requires strong analytical skills to manage complex data sets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualified accountant with ACA/CFA or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate finance
* Strong understanding of GAAP principles (IFRS/Irish GAAP)
* Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of databases such as S&P Cap IQ Pro/Mergermarket/Bloomberg
* Candidates should possess excellent oral/written communication skills and be fluent in English/European languages advantageous;
