Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the successful reopening of a well-established restaurant in the heart of Naas.
* Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Lead the reopening process, including setup, team recruitment, training, and launch strategy.
* Hire, train, schedule, and manage front of house teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience. Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and event planning. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless FOH collaboration.
Implement systems and procedures for inventory, stock control, and ordering. Manage financial reports with focus on cost control and profitability. Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
Key requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' management experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Proven track record of team leadership and delivering operational excellence.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: €45,000-€55,000 depending on experience.
