This remote, part-time contract role requires a dual mindset: half creative visionary, half analytical planner. As a Creative Content Strategist, you will help train AI models to think big picture. You won't just look at individual sentences; you will evaluate how the AI ideates, structures campaigns, and adapts its creative voice to meet specific strategic goals and audience personas.Key Responsibilities:Develop and test high-level content strategies to train the AI on how to plan campaigns, not just write individual assets.Evaluate AI-generated creative concepts (e.g., ad angles, blog topics, social media series) for originality, relevance, and strategic alignment.Create complex prompts that require the AI to brainstorm, role-play as a brand strategist, or solve creative marketing problems.Analyze AI outputs to determine if they successfully capture the intended "brand voice" and emotional hook requested in the prompt.Rewrite generic or flat AI ideas into compelling, strategic concepts to serve as "gold standard" training data.Qualifications:Proven experience in Content Strategy, Creative Direction, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Strong ability to think conceptually; you understand why a piece of content works, not just how to write it.Experience creating content calendars, brand guidelines, or campaign strategies.Excellent critical thinking skills to objectively evaluate the "creativity" and "strategic value" of AI responses.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.Compensation and Benefits:Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule.
