About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care according to residents' care plans.
* Understand residents' needs and provide companionship.
* Assist with mobility and personal hygiene, maintaining dignity.
* Support residents with eating, drinking, and achieving comfort.
* Participate in and help organise social activities.
* Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues.
* Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Contract & Benefits
Type: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: Day and night (flexibility required)
Salary: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
* Healthcare or social care qualification, or relevant experience
* Minimum B1 English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Excellent organisational and observation skills
* A professional, caring, and compassionate nature
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
