* To be the primary technical liaison between our company and high-end clients, ensuring exceptional support services are provided at all times.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering Required: A degree from a reputable institution, preferably in computer science or electrical engineering. 7+ years of relevant experience within this field is essential for success in this role.
Candidates will have developed strong analytical skills, honed through working on complex projects that involve UCIe, PCIe and Ethernet technologies
We require onsite attendance four days per week to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
