The Team Leader will lead some key areas, maintaining a high-profile presence in Moulding & Extrusion teams, Warehouse Teams, and Assembly Teams. Responsibilities include driving performance, working with other teams to maximize productivity, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, managing time and attendance, and promoting positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification, proven people management experience, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to foster an awareness of Environmental Health & Safety in the workplace and maintain a zero-accident target.
