**Business Growth Opportunity**
This role offers a chance to contribute to the success of our retail clients by driving sales growth across the region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and maximizing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealer and licensee customers, and ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive sales growth across the region by identifying and maximizing new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer and licensee customers to achieve volume and margin targets
* Regularly review sales performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions where required
* Identify and evaluate new dealer and license opportunities within your territory
* Maintain up-to-date market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity
* Actively engage with marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales with a strong focus on achieving KPIs, key account management experience within retail, FMCG, or related industries, exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, and strong commercial acumen.
