We are looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team in Rathwood. In this role, you will prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, enjoys working with people, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to a high standard
* Welcome and serve customers in a warm, professional manner
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately
* Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and seating area
* Restock supplies and support daily café operations
Requirements:
* Previous barista or customer service experience is an advantage
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
* A positive attitude and passion for great coffee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
