Financial Reporting Manager – Outsourcing
A leading advisory firm is seeking to appoint a Financial Reporting Manager to support the continued growth of their outsourcing division. This role is suited to a motivated and commercially minded accountant who enjoys working with internationally focused clients in a dynamic and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of active clients, delivering high-quality financial reporting solutions and ensuring strong client relationships.
2. Provide technical guidance on complex financial reporting matters, including FRS 102 and IFRS.
3. Support the delivery of firm-wide projects and initiatives alongside senior leadership.
4. Coordinate with international member firms on cross-border assignments and business development efforts.
5. Play a hands-on role in the operational and commercial development of the financial reporting team.
6. Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to a positive and growth-focused team culture.
7. Assist in the ongoing refinement of processes and tools to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
8. ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience.
9. Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a practice environment.
10. Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
11. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
12. Commercially aware, with a practical approach to problem-solving and delivery.
13. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Experience managing and developing team members in a collaborative environment.
15. A full driving licence is preferred due to occasional client site visits.
