The Hardiman Hotel is now accepting applications for an experienced Night Auditor to assist with front desk operations and complete nightly audit processes using Opera PMS.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with Opera PMS (reservations, folios, billing, night audit module)
* Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience
* Availability for night shifts (11pm-7am) including weekends
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Complete night audit process using Opera PMS and prepare daily reports
* Handle late check-ins/check-outs and guest requests
* Process payments, reconcile accounts and post charges
* Conduct security patrols and safety checks
* Prepare handover for morning team
* Maintain reception area tidiness
Essential Skills:
* Opera PMS proficiency for complete night audit procedures
* Cash handling and account reconciliation expertise
* Guest service excellence during overnight operations
* Ability to work independently overnight
* Fire safety and emergency procedure knowledge
