The Role
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and liaise with clients and counsel
Assist with case management, file maintenance, and billing processes
Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard
The Person
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation is essential
Strong document production and typing skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy team environment
