Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Intelligence Analyst
to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will design dashboards, analyse datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide meaningful business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports
* Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
* Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
* Work closely with business units to understand requirements
* Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes
* Present actionable recommendations based on analysis
Requirements
* Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting
* Proficiency in
Power BI / Tableau / SQL
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Knowledge of Excel and data visualisation techniques
* Good English communication
Nice to Have
* Python or R for data analysis
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
* Familiarity with ETL tools and Big Data concepts
