* Salary up to €80,000 + DOE

Your role will involve:
* Managing the complete day to day life cycle of project from initial stages through to hand-over.
* Agreeing sub-contractors' long term and short-term program and monitoring performance
* Ensuring workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health Safety
Requirements:
* 5+ years post-qualification Main Contracting experience
* A good understanding of design drawings
* Excellent working knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards
