We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Brand & Growth to lead the marketing function across Bunsen, Una and other upcoming projects.This is a senior role focused on building and leading our marketing department, ensuring activity supports overall business growth and sales targets.Candidates will be comfortable making decisions in a fast‑paced, growing business environment and confident balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution. We are a product‑led business where creative thinking and bold marketing ideas are encouraged and supported.Willing to take ownership of long‑term brand and commercial strategies. This role will work closely with the founders to shape strategy, drive campaigns, deliver annual marketing plans and make sure everything from social to restaurant spaces feels consistent, distinctive and relevant.The RoleDevelop and implement annual marketing strategies across Bunsen and Una in line with overall business and revenue targets – setting the direction for how each brand grows.Build, structure and continuously improve the marketing department, including processes, reporting frameworks, and team development.Lead, manage, mentor and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and professional growth.Manage and oversee marketing budgets across multiple brands, ensuring ROI and effective allocation of spend.Lead campaigns, social and content. Shaping tone of voice and brand identity – overseeing how the brands show up in restaurants and not just online.Analyse campaign, customer and sales performance using data and insights to inform decision‑making.Working alongside operations, finance, management teams and business owners to align marketing activity with business priorities.Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, agencies, creatives, printers, production partners and service providers.Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints including digital, social, packaging, in‑store experience, signage, website and customer communications.Support new business initiatives, launches, openings, refurbishments and growth opportunities as required.Brand development. Helping in the creation of new F&B concepts from idea to functioning business.Skills & ExperienceCandidates must have at least 8+ years experience in a similar role building brands (not just running campaigns), ideally within retail, food & beverage, hospitality or events.Proven experience managing and developing people, building new or scaling marketing teams, departments and processes.Strong strategic planning and commercial awareness, with experience delivering against sales and business targets and managing budgets to ensure marketing efforts deliver on ROI (so a clear understanding of what drives revenue).Bring strong creative instinct and judgment – care about design, detail moving quickly from idea to execution, interest in food, hospitality and culture a plus.Natural curiosity and an experimental mindset. Test and learn approach.Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to shape a new role in a fast growing business.Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proven track record managing external agencies, suppliers, creatives and service providers.Experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or events industries is highly desirable.Familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Canva) is helpful but not essential.Enjoy working with founders in fast paced environments.Why Join UsSalary €70k-€90k.Performance-based bonus25 paid holiday days per year plus bank holidaysWFH flexibility: based in Dublin City CentreOpportunity to shape and lead marketing across growing brands in a growing business.Autonomy in a non-corporate setting but still within an ambitious, profitable business.
