Purpose: The role of the Operations Administrator is part of an office based team providing professional administration support to Power Right's customer operations and Field based workforce.Working Relationships: The Operations Administrator will be required to create professional relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers as appropriate to effectively discharge the duties of the role.:Working on Job Operations Platform SimPro on a daily basis to review and schedule works.Scheduling customer appointments for the Security Service TeamReviewing returned Job Dockets from service engineers and follow up of issues identified by field engineers for resolution.Invoicing customers for materials used during regular servicing. Sending invoice and job docket to customers.Review of customer account and payment status when booking service work with customers.Taking card payment from customers by phone.Greeting visitors to officeOrdering of office suppliesKeeping track of compliance renewals for Van Fleet, Tax, CVRT, repairsEducation, Qualifications and Training:Administration experience in Construction, Contracting or Field Service business would be an advantage.Experience in fast paced busy customer service role.Previous experience in an operations administration role an advantage.Relevant Skills and Aptitudes:Will suit organised confident individual.
