You will sit as #1 in the FP&A function, reporting to the FD. The successful candidate should be systems and data-driven individual, as well as a skilled commercial finance business partner.Key Responsibilities:Performance analysis; gathering and interpreting data from all business unitsRegular reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, insights and providing recommendationsDesign Power BI dashboards and converting complex data into clear findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLead the budget process, identifying and analysing variances (actual v forecasts)Provide data-driven insights on market trends, revenue opportunities, and cost-efficiency improvementsBusiness partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimise performance across the groupContinuous improvement recommendations; systems, process and industry best practicesLead the Performance and Planning team ,supporting development of direct reportsKey Skills:3rd level degree in Business, Finance or related field. A Master's degree is advantageousACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or equivalent5 years' experience in performance management or FP&A with business intelligencePrevious experience in the Pharmaceutical, Retail or Technology sectors is highly beneficialAnalytical and data-drivenTeam player and pro active problem solver with the ability to pivot
