Responsibilities
Own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects.
Lead core end-to-end research activities, including defining research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication of findings.
Inform product teams to guide design decisions, user experience, product direction, and market strategy through research outputs.
Qualifications
Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains
Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze, and communicate research
Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.)
Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, cross-tabulations, statistical concepts)
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors
Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data
Strong critical thinking beyond explicit business requests
Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to speak with business, design, and engineering teams in English
Collaborative in a dynamic, data-driven, creative environment
