On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Management Accountant in Dundalk.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all company reports are issued in accordance with deadlines, weekly/monthly variance reports, productivity, key cost controls, financial data
* Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly consolidated reports, detailed variance analysis and commentary on budget
* Process and maintain ledgers in Zoho books
* Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects
* Preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Review and analysis of overhead spend and forecast of future spend
* Develop and build management dashboards and KPI reports in Zoho books as the business expands and develops
* Preparation and filing of VAT returns
* Ad-hoc process improvements and systems projects
Skills required:
* Qualified accountant with 3+ years industry experience will be considered
* Experience in using an ERP/ accounts software package preferably Zoho Books
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to work effectively both as part of a team and individually
* Competent in IT, MS Office including medium to advanced Excel ability with strong analytical capability
* Ability to work on their own initiative with a focus on process and system improvements

Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
