Serve as a technical leader and mentor, promoting knowledge-sharing, AI literacy, and responsible adoption of AI practices across engineering teams. Influence and define architectural standards, ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology strategy.QualificationsDeep expertise in leveraging AI to drive business and operational impact, with a proven ability to integrate AI into large-scale systems, workflows, and customer experiences.10+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, including architecting and delivering complex, high-performance systems.Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), with a focus on intelligent, componentized solutions.Strong command of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and large-scale system design.Experience with cloud platforms and AI services, with the ability to assess trade-offs and architect solutions that scale.Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects with material technical risk, driving impact across teams and organizations.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers at all levels.Additional InformationWork PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
