Business Analyst – Financial Services Consulting – Channels and Mobile
A Senior Consultant role within our Technology Consulting team, focusing on Channel & Mobile Technology-Enabled Transformation Projects/Programmes in the Financial Services sector.

The role is based in our Dublin office and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver channel solutions that meet business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in guiding the development and implementation of channel solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for facilitating user acceptance testing, providing training and documentation to end-users, and managing the backlog of channel/mobile enhancements.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Customer and Digital Platforms, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft platforms. Your proficiency in CRM best practices, industry standards, and analytical skills will be crucial in delivering successful projects. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Relevant certifications in CRM solutions and Business Analysis are a plus. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to multi-channel solutions is also preferred.
