Red D are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a lively, high-end restaurant in Dublin City Centre. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a senior role in a well-established and much-loved venue with a strong corporate following. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, offering both lunch and dinner, with Sundays and Mondays off for most of the year (it opens seven days a week in November and December). Were looking for a Restaurant Manager with real presence on the floor someone who can confidently engage with corporate groups and regulars alike, and lead a well-established team with calm authority and good humour. Youll be working closely with the General Manager and a capable Assistant Manager to ensure consistent high standards of food, wine and service. We want someone whos naturally hands-on, enjoys mentoring staff, and has the kind of attention to detail that shows in every shift. To be considered, youll need to bring: Proven restaurant management experience, ideally in a city centre, high-volume or corporate-heavy environment A real interest and knowledge in wine, with the ability to curate and manage a list, handle ordering and stock A solid understanding of training and staff development, with a desire to improve the teams food and wine knowledge over time A confident floor presence and genuine warmth with customers Strong operational skills this is not a clipboard role On offer: Excellent salary and exceptional tips Sundays and Mondays off for most of the year Supportive senior management and a settled, decent team We can only consider candidates with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in the EU.
